Sacramento, CA – "At the moment we are focused on the immediate situation and supporting the Department of Water Resources in managing water conditions at Oroville to minimize threats and protect public safety. In the days and weeks ahead there will be ample time for the appropriate review and discussion about any improvements that may be necessary to Oroville facilities, and we will fully support that important process. We need a future Oroville facility that works first and foremost to protect the nearby communities and those downstream as it also performs its water supply mission."
